What is Law for a More Beautiful World?

A more beautiful way to handle conflicts, give the gifts of ancestral wisdom, and construct enterprises rooted in the natural world

Wait, open your eyes! I forgot you need them to read this.

We get so caught up in the problems of the world that we hold on to them, preventing us from changing and solving the very issue we set out to fix. What world do we wish to create for ourselves, for others down the line? For seven generations later?

We can create it. We can start today.

But, where are we today?

Most lawyers are a product of the systems that we give permission to every day.

Every lawyer, no matter how they are perceived, is serving a purpose and filling a need of society and the systems we have built.

We solve our conflict, and our harms, with more conflict. Except that only the latter conflict is justified, because it is done in a court. Think: pressing charges in a criminal matter, or seeking a tort lawsuit in the case of a civil offense.

We structure companies and enterprises around existing systems of growth, domination, protecting ourselves, and competition.

In death, possibly the most spiritual moment of all our lives, we prioritize financial and economic assets, as our last gift to this world.

These different modalities for approaching life’s most important moments, are not to say that there is no use fo existing systems. This is simply an invitation into the possibilities of alternatives. A new, ancient way of doing things, in a way that may just lead to a more beautiful world.
